The location was so convenient, just a quick walk to ION Orchard and the nearest MRT station. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything I needed, including a huge balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The gym was well-equipped and the pools were a great way to relax. The daily cleaning and refilling of water was a nice touch too. I did wish there were more vegetarian and vegan options for breakfast, but other than that, I have no complaints. I highly recommend Fraser Residence Orchard for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Singapore.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with public transport options nearby. The MRT station, although currently closed, is right outside the building. This makes it convenient to explore the city and visit various eateries. the hotel's rooms are well-equipped and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests.
The breakfast options at the hotel were quite limited.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with shopping malls and the Orchard train station just a stone's throw away. I appreciated being able to easily access public transport and explore the city. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection and the staff were very helpful. the hotel facilities, particularly the pool and gym, were excellent and exceeded my expectations.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The luxurious amenities at this venue surpassed our expectations. the staff were consistently helpful, the gym and outdoor pool were well, equipped and daily cleaning of our fully equipped room was thorough. the location was unbeatable, adjacent to an MRT station and just a short walk to high, end shopping districts.
While the breakfast was decent with multiple options, we noted low, quality convenience items. the noise levels from nearby Paterson Road detracted slightly from an otherwise comfortable stay.
